1962 4¢ Charles Evans Hughes
Former New York Governor and U.S. Supreme Court Justice Charles Evans Hughes (1862-1948) is shown on U.S. #1195, issued on the 100th anniversary of his birth.
The block of stamps would look fantastic framed or as a cool addition to an art or scrapbooking project.
Each stamp measures about 1 1/2″ x 1″. The block of stamps is unhinged and in great condition.
