U.S. #1185 commemorates the 50th anniversary of Naval Aviation. Issued the day of the Institute of Aerospace Sciences meeting, the stamp shows the first Navy airplane and the Naval air insignia.
The block of stamps would look fantastic framed or as a cool addition to an art or scrapbooking project.
Each stamp measures about 1 1/2″ x 1″. The block of stamps is unhinged and in great condition.
