Your purchase will be shipped using the US Postal Service (USPS). Shipping cost and USPS class of service will be determined by the the item/s ordered, total cost of your order, weight, and destination (US or International).

- For orders $8.00 USD or greater (before applicable taxes and shipping), select the Free USPS shipping option at checkout. Items will be sent using the applicable USPS shipping class with delivery tracking.
- For orders less than $8.00 USD (before applicable taxes and shipping), there is a Flat Rate Shipping charge for First Class Mail – NO Tracking (Tracking is available for an additional charge – please email me for details info@greenbasics.com).
- International Shipping:
- We offer Flat Rate shipping (the rate will be visible at check-out and is determined by item size, weight and delivery address (typically $2.99 USD – $7.00 USD). Items are sent USPS First Class Mail – NO Tracking (Tracking is available for an additional charge – please email me for details info@greenbasics.com).

Refund and Exchange Policy and Customer Service Questions

If you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange any physical item for any reason within 14 days of receipt as long as the condition is exactly as it was when I sent it to you, showing no additional signs of wear or damage.
If you plan to return or exchange your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
